She helps with that pricing. She did an absolute outstanding job selling this home for us and working every little detail through the process. If I lived in the Kansas City area and was buying/selling a home, I would use Erin in a heartbeat.

She was very patient with us even when we started looking the first time a year before we bought. Erin did a great job of staying in contact with us throughout the house buying purchase. We were first time home buyers relatively new to KC, she was able to answer questions we had & provide referred companies for things such as inspections etc. She was prompt and always available to show us houses upon request.
