My family got last minute notice to move to a city 16 hours from where we lived. With a newborn, and 2 dogs, we knew ahead of time this wouldnt be an easy feat and we were unhappy with the idea of renting. I sent one email to erin and she started working immediately to make sure we wouldnt have to! We came into town for only 1 weekend to start a search. And erin went to over 20 homes with us in 2 days! Magically, all within 30 days, we searched for a home, found one, went into negotiation, and got the keys! I cant say enough how incredible Erin is, and how much she helped our family. Oh, and did I mention we were FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS! We have heard others say how painful the home buying process is, and honestly, we don't get it. Erin was SUPERB!!!!! We had to move from our current residence that we were renting within 30 days. Not only did Erin have us looking at houses the day we contacted her, she worked hard to make it happen for us! We closed in 30 days and Erin found the absolutely PERFECT home for us! Erin Cecil did an exceptional job from start to finish in our home buying process. She was very patient and she listened to what we were looking for in a home. She shared her knowledge about each house that she showed to us, whether it was something we'd have to fix right away or decide if we could live with it. When we found our house, this is when we REALLY got to experience just how professional and detailed she was to work with. We experienced several "bumps in the road" with the lending company and Erin was the driving force that kept everything going so that we could get closed on our house. Even when our closing date was to coincide with her preplanned family vacation, she made sure that she had someone whom she trusted enough to fill in for her since she wouldnt be there in person. She continued to keep in contact with us daily thru text, emails and by phone even tho this was her family time. Our closing date ended up getting pushed back so we actually got to close with Erin there. We will recommend her to everyone we know who is looking to buy a home. She is simply the best!
